Every WWE Smackdown Intro Ranked – From Worst To Best
8. 2008
I guess I’m not the only one who was a fan of the Drowning
Pool intro, because in 2008 we saw the company employ the song as the SmackDown
soundtrack for a fourth successive year.
Furthermore, they’d rectified the aforementioned issues with white, unused space in the background as well as all that graph paper nonsense, with some pretty dynamic graphics being used to frame the footage of the brand’s many stars.
If I had one criticism it would be that there’s still a
little too much of the Great Khali and Hornswoggle featured, plus we get a shot
of a pretty graphic kiss between Edge and Vickie Guerrero, but all that aside
it’s still an improvement upon previous versions. Or at least, most of the
previous versions…
