Every WWE Smackdown Intro Ranked – From Worst To Best

3. 1999

As great as “The Beautiful People” was though, when you think of SmackDown there’s only one theme that springs to mind.

Apparently it’s called “Everybody on the Ground” but you’d never have known that by listening to it. I still dispute whether or not a single word of English was sung in this song, but if anything that only makes it even more unique. The jumbled garble well and truly gave SmackDown its own, distinct voice when it debuted in 1999, and regardless of whether it makes sense of not it’s become synonymous with the brand.

The video package meanwhile, is one of the most manic pieces of footage you’ll ever see in the WWE, with bodies flying, elbows dropping, tables breaking and beers flowing. What is there not to like about this intro?
