2. Bronson Reed

By now, it’s clear that most of Triple H’s rehires haven’t really enjoyed sustained success. But some are better positioned to achieve success than others, and Bronson Reed is one of them.

On paper, Reed should be considered a beast – he’s won twice as many televised matches as he’s lost. However, after a series of squashes, Bronson began a three-way feud with Shinsuke Nakamura and Ricochet, then Nak and Tommaso Ciampa. Those matches tended to end in DQs or under dubious circumstances, with each of them interfering in each other’s matches.

Despite being given the nickname “Big” (yes, that’s a thing in 2023) and his Tsunami finisher being treated like a true killshot, Reed lost the feud with Shinsuke before the King of Strong Style moved on to a World Heavyweight Championship feud with Seth Rollins.

Still, there’s every reason to believe Bronson will continue to be a menace in the mid-card for the foreseeable future, so we’ll rate him pretty highly.
