Ex-WCW Star Says He Wants AEW Comeback

One cameo appearance at Double Or Nothing wasn't enough AEW for this ex-WCW man.

Former WCW wrestler Glacier fancies making a comeback in AEW.

The Mortal Kombat-inspired gimmick he plays is so mid-90s it hurts, but Glacier told the folks at 'Perched On The Top Rope' that he'd love to make another appearance in All Elite for nostalgia reasons - Glacier was a surprise guest for the 21-man 'Casino Battle Royale' back at Double Or Nothing 2019.

Since then, due to various injuries, he has only wrestled a further five matches on the independent scene. Glacier's last match was for WOHW in January 2020 too, but he says his bad hip has started to heal up, feel "really, really good", and that he'd love the chance to wrestle for AEW again.

Glacier is good friends with Cody Rhodes and QT Marshall, amongst others, so it's possible. The 57-year old isn't under any illusions that he'd be a full-time worker on Dynamite, Rampage or AEW pay-per-view. Instead, he'd love to be a part-time attraction brought in for the odd match here or there.

Would you like to see Glacier back in AEW? Or, do you think the ex-WCW man's time has passed?
