Karl Anderson point blank refuses to hold back when discussing his time in WWE.

The Impact Wrestling/AEW/New Japan star told listeners of the 'Talk N' Shop' podcast that he often had to "weasel around" to get anything done in the company. What's more, Karl came to view WWE as a "political insane asylum" that was "f*cked".

It didn't take long for him to form that opinion either - Anderson signed with WWE in 2016, and immediately started to wonder how he should behave behind the scenes. At one point on the show, Karl recalled asking Vince McMahon if he and Luke Gallows should wear the "same clothes" every week on TV.

McMahon's response was quick and to-the-point. The boss replied, "Grey for you, black for him" and pointed to Gallows second. He then laughed (in trademark Vince style) and asked if there was anything else he could help them with.

The tag-team shuffled out of the meeting wondering if they'd missed an opportunity to "brother with" McMahon a bit and strike up a relationship. At the same time, they struggled with the company culture and the generally "insane" atmosphere.
