This option went from only a maybe to possibly the favourite scenario now. Since Lesnar announced that he's staying in WWE on a multi-year deal it seems like WWE will want to reward him by keeping him as their champion. A scenario floated out there weeks ago was that John Cena could be US Champion and Daniel Bryan could be IC Champion as a way to keep titles on top guys while Lesnar is off. It makes perfect sense. The reason to keep the WWE Title on Lesnar is because he's going to get cheered a lot. Fans already like him because he's the most credible wrestler in the company and he's got tremendous star power. Other wrestlers come off as fake. He seems real. A reason to not do it is because it might damage Reigns. He's a young guy on the rise. If he fails it makes him look like a loser and he may not be able to recover. They spent over a year building this guy up. He barely lost any matches. Having him lose to Lesnar wouldn't be good for his future. If Lesnar wins, chances are he's going to be a babyface. It would be weird to have Paul Heyman as his advocate still, so maybe we see Heyman go with Rollins or somebody else. Lesnar could feud with Rollins in the summer. Maybe Bray Wyatt can step up. A heel turn by Dean Ambrose is possible too. There are options. They could always do the Rollins cash-in on Raw too. A few weeks ago my prediction would have been Reigns leaves as the babyface champion because WWE is stubborn. Now? I think Lesnar is going to win. We will found out on Sunday. The best part about this match is that it's a tough one to call. Fans like unpredictability. That's what we're getting here. What do you think will happen?
