Fantasy Booking Triple H's FIRST WWE WrestleMania

6. Drew McIntyre Vs. Gunther

Triple H is fond of shooting.

He was absolutely mad for it throughout his in-ring career, and frequently used his position of power to bury those underneath him. He played the game on easy difficulty where everybody else was made to play on difficult. This is how a typical exchange went in the 2000s:

"Why are you reading from the dumb script, jagoff?"

"Because I have to. You don't."

"That's how I win-uh."

Expect Triple H to encourage this sort of thing on WWE TV. He was never great at, or was unwilling to, build his opponents ahead of his matches. He unleashed insults that were all too accurate, like telling John Cena in 2006 that he happened not to be a very good wrestler, which informs the next pitch. At Survivor Series 2019, Drew McIntyre absolutely destroyed WALTER in a chop battle. It was shocking; WALTER/Gunther is infamous for his brilliantly gruesome strikes, and yet Drew somehow showed him how it was done.

Drew can and under Trips presumably will bring this up ahead of a scintillating midcard prospect in LA - "You chop like an absolute betch!" - and the match itself will prove who the real master of the craft is.

And would be incredible.
