Finalised Card For IMPACT Wrestling Homecoming 2021
An X Division Championship defence and a hardcore match accompanies the Homecoming tournament.
Homecoming is IMPACT Wrestling's next IMPACT Plus special, going down tomorrow evening (31 July), with the whole card confirmed following last night's AXS TV episode.
The whole point of this show is to crown a Homecoming King and Queen, and thus, an intergender tournament will dominate the night's proceedings. On the left side of the bracket, the opening round matches will see Petey Williams and Jordynne Grace against Matt Cardona and Chelsea Green, while Hernandez and Alisha Edwards will take on Deonna Purrazzo and a mystery partner.
As for the right side, Decay's Crazzy Steve and Rosemary are due to face Fallah Bahh and Tasha Steelz, while Tommy Dreamer and Rachael Ellering vs. Brian Myers and an unknown partner rounds off the tournament's quarterfinals.
The semifinals and finals will also take place, presumably intertwined between the night's non-tournament matches. At the time of writing, two of those are confirmed; Eddie Edwards faces W. Morrissey in a hardcore match to end their feud, whereas Decay's Black Taurus challenges fighting champion Josh Alexander for the X Division Championship.
