Booker T was one of the biggest names to appear on WWE television following the purchase of WCW, and boy, was he rewarded for doing so. When he came out of the crowd at King of the Ring 2001 to ambush Stone Cold, WCW seemed to have finally arrived, just to be squashed by a weak invasion roster and an even worse storyline surrounding it. Despite all of that, the Booker-man proved himself to the powers-that-be that he was capable of being a company man. Booker T has enjoyed an illustrious WWE career and continues to stay involved via his broadcasting efforts. His feud with Triple H for the World Title is most memorable for many reasons, one of them being, he should have gone over at WrestleMania 19. Booker T was at the height of his popularity in 2003, but Triple H had to show the world he remained superior to anything coming out of WCW, thus, cementing a cap on the highest Booker T could go.
