New Universal Champion Braun Strowman didn't cover himself in glory when he recently called out Indie wrestlers on Instagram for asking fans to support them during this current global situation.

Strowman reportedly regretted his comments, but the sudden release of his good friend Drake Maverick must have really hammered home just how serious the situation genuinely is for the wrestling community and people all around the world for that matter.

Posting an image of Maverick helping him with his tie - accompanied by a crying emoji - Strowman will no doubt be devastated at losing two good pals in one day (EC3 was also a known buddy of his) and this may prove a tough lesson for him in hindsight.
