How WWE WrestleMania 35 MUST End

Charlotte Flair would almost certainly only improve the match between Becky Lynch and Ronda Rousey. The entire angle is a rule-proving exception to the usual singles/triple threat debate. She belongs in the contest from a storyline perspective as well as for logical qualitative enhancement. However, the top end of the Women's Division is now such an embarrassment of riches that it could be savvy to share the wealth.

The sheer weight of tension around the Raw strap has left Asuka and SmackDown Live's title without place or purpose. 'The Empress Of Tomorrow' has got her menacing mojo back but finds herself with nobody in obvious opposition. Who better than the woman she could logically argue took it all away in the first place?

Exactly a year on from the most devastating loss of her career, Asuka could seek redemption against WWE's undisputed 'Queen'. It's an old wrestling story in need of a Sports Entertainment upgrade. The big stage bogeyman angle is currently being deftly deployed in New Japan Pro Wrestling between Tetsuya Naito and Kazuchika Okada, but WWE haven't dabbled with such heft since The Undertaker's streak was still in tact.

With all the puzzle pieces seemingly set in place for Asuka, Charlotte can smash the rebuilt picture yet again. Recovered and redefined, there's no need for the ex-Champion to slip back into meaningless comedy as she did in 2018, and Charlotte's pride in victory (again) can come before her biggest fall in a third WrestleMania match whenever the company sees fit.

The women have the talent. Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair could sport both titles. And The Four Horsewomen have the tag team to complete the tantalising trifecta.
