If WWE Superstars Were Football Teams...

5. Roman Reigns - Chelsea

Roman Reigns is often likened to a modern day Lex Luger, but there is one subtle difference; he has actually won titles. In this sense, he is a successful version of poor Lex - but this success has rendered him even less popular.

Chelsea's own Roman (Abrahmovich) Empire has achieved a similar degree of success thanks to the brute force of the Russian's riches. With more than £1 billion plunged into the club since the oligarch's 2004 takeover, the Blues have enjoyed an extremely fecund period on the pitch, hoovering up a mammoth fifteen titles in the process.

Chelsea's forced footballing fruitfulness has made them immensely unpopular, their backing guaranteeing success at the expense of many more honest competitors. Sound familiar? The backroom support both Roman Reigns and the Stamford Bridge side enjoy means it's almost impossible for them to lose. And similarly impossible to be liked.

Benjamin was born in 1987, and is still not dead. He variously enjoys classical music, old-school adventure games (they're not dead), and walks on the beach (albeit short - asthma, you know). He's currently trying to compile a comprehensive history of video game music, yet denies accusations that he purposefully targets niche audiences. He's often wrong about these things.
