If WWE Superstars Were Football Teams...

13. Triple H - Juventus

Having the power to pick and choose which matches you win is a considerable boon in the wrestling industry. No-one felt the full extent of this privilege better than Triple H, courtesy of his relationship with his bosses' daughter.

Yes, wrestling is a work, but by being able to call his wins at his leisure, Triple H was able to force his way towards stardom.

Juventus achieved at least a part of their huge catalogue of success in a very similar way. Despite having all the ability and natural advantages to succeed on their own merit, the Bianconeri still resorted to a bit of...outside help...to ensure their position at the top. Triple H and the Old Lady go hand-in-hand, then (and this isn't a reference to the still sprightly Stephanie).

Combine that with persistent rumours for both of using certain supplements to prolong their successes and...well, let's not even go there.

Benjamin was born in 1987, and is still not dead. He variously enjoys classical music, old-school adventure games (they're not dead), and walks on the beach (albeit short - asthma, you know). He's currently trying to compile a comprehensive history of video game music, yet denies accusations that he purposefully targets niche audiences. He's often wrong about these things.
