With many speculating that Jeff Hardy could be about to bring Willow the Wisp to WWE, the Charismatic Enigma has commented how a Willow return is "gonna happen".

Speaking on The Culture State Podcast (as per Wrestling Inc), Hardy talked up how he's already got someone working on a new Willow mask for him, which seems to be a solid indicator that this alter-ego of Jeff's could be turning up on WWE programming sooner rather than later.

As Hardy explained when asked about bringing Willow back to our screens:

"Speaking of Willow, I was just talking with the guy that makes these masks, who made it back then. He's such an awesome mask maker, and that's now making this new Willow mask, and we're talking about the possibility of Willow entering the scene once again before my career is over".

When the hosts commented on how exciting a Willow appearance in WWE would be, that's when Jeff dropped in the line about how "it's gonna happen".

This past Monday, as part of this year's WWE Draft, Hardy was moved to the SmackDown brand and proclaimed how this would be a perfect time to see a different side of Jeff Hardy. Upon hearing that, many long-time Hardy fans began to ponder whether that could mean Jeff bringing his Willow persona to WWE.

For those unaware, Willow the Wisp is a character Jeff created when he and his brother Matt formed their OMEGA promotion prior to signing with WWE. Willow would later make a one-off appearance at Ring of Honor's Death Before Dishonor 2003 event, before Jeff took on this skewed alter-ego for several months in TNA in 2014.
