8. The Undertaker - Dark Side/Ministry Theme
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kPjqAADShE4 This is a perfect combination of the ominous funereal theme traditionally associated with the Undertaker character and the rock and aggression associated with the Attitude Era. Beginning with the Undertakers signature gong and accompanies by Taker speaking what sounds like some occult language, it combines the heaviness of the Attitude Eras rock-oriented theme with the classic, orchestra-based sounds that accompanied the Undertaker before the Ministry was born. Unfortunately, this theme wasnt played as much as his others; soon after the Ministry fell apart, Undertaker disappeared for a number of months, before returning as The American Badass, ditching the macabre and ominous music that had been part of his gimmick for years. He wouldnt return to the Deadman gimmick until 2004, and that was under another theme. Many fans listen to this theme with fond nostalgia, as it encapsulates the Undertakers darkest, and possibly most outlandish, period, but it is nonetheless one of Jim Johnstons true masterpieces.
