7. Goldust -Gold-Lust

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qCgWFSYIU0k A truly unique Superstar requires a truly unique entrance theme. Goldust was introduced as a sort of androgynous, perverse character based off of an Oscar statuette, which helps explain the names €˜.24 karat pictures€™ and €˜A shattered dreams production€™ that opened his entrance video. Dressed in gold from head to toe, he was accompanied by a theme that helped accentuate the weirder parts of his personality. His first theme, €˜Golden€™ and second and most popular theme €˜Gold-lust€™ kept the tone of a Hollywood-obsessed pervert, which was great in helping push the Goldust character without going over the edge. However, his third theme, which he used during his €˜Artist Formerly Known as Goldust€™ phase was downright disturbing, containing bizarre sounds and distotions that wouldn€™t be heard until the rise in the popularity of dub step many years later. There€™s a reason no one looks back at that weird period in his character€™s history with fond memories: he looked weirder (how that was actually possible is anyone€™s guess), was put in weirder storylines, and had the most bizarre music ever. So while this entrance theme is proof that Johnston could often put together great entrance themes, he could make bad ones just as easily.
