Keith Lee is the new WWE NXT North American Champion, having defeated Roderick Strong in a fabulous match to cap last night's show.

A monstrous performance saw 'Limitless' forced to battle the entire Undisputed Era, with Adam Cole, Kyle O'Reilly, and Bobby Fish all making their presence felt in the bout. Lee was able to put them down, however, and ended up putting Strong away with his Jackhammer finisher to score the 1-2-3, the biggest win of his WWE career, and the belt.

Strong's reign ended at roughly four months, with successful defences against Austin Theory, Dominik Dijakovic, and Lee.

The move breaks The Undisputed Era's so-called "Golden Prophecy," with Roddy now the only member of the group not holding gold. It'll be interesting to see what comes of this.

Last night's show also confirmed the finals of this year's Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic. The Grizzled Young Veterans will be on one side, with Zack Gibson and James Drake defeating Fish and O'Reilly, and their opponents will be The Broserweights of Pete Dunne and Matt Riddle, who beat Marcel Barthel and Fabian Aichner of Imperium.

On top of this, a Tegan Nox vs. Dakota Kai grudge match has been confirmed for next week.
