Kurt Angle To WWE: 7 Great Potential Matches For His Return

If CM Punk was definitely in WWE right now he'd be #1 or #2 on this list simply because he's one of the best in the world and we've never seen him wrestle Kurt Angle. Both guys have shown an ability to shine in either a babyface or heel role and they have a long list of great matches with a variety of different opponents. Any time you can match up two of the best you have to do it. Even if it was a face vs. face match, these are two guys that could really make it work Whether it happens or not at this point is hard to tell. Punk would have to get over his problems with WWE and come back (his contract is up in July) while Angle would have to be back too. If they're both there at the same time, though, it's a match that absolutely needs to happen. When Angle comes back, he would likely do so in the babyface role. Since Punk is an excellent heel that's skilled at pissing off the fans, he would be the right kind of opponent for Angle in a feud. We all know how competitive Angle is. It would be a great test to see him go up against one of the best wrestlers in the world.
