LA Knight Backstage Heat - RUMOR KILLER (WWE News)
No, LA Knight is not in hot water with WWE management.
With LA Knight recently making waves by holding up a certain fan sign on WWE TV, that's left some speculating whether the Megastar may have gotten himself in hot water with company higher-ups.
For those who missed it, the 27 October edition of Raw grab a sign from the crowd on his way to the ring that read, "We want LA Knight, not Jey Uso." Knight was completely absent from this week's Raw, leading to some putting 2 and 2 together... to get 647.
When asked about any heat on LA Knight for this during a recent Fightful Select Answers Q&A, Sean Ross Sapp shot down the idea that the former WWE United States Champion would be in any trouble over this. As SRS pointed out, WWE is paying Knight "good money" and it would make no sense to do so and then avoid pushing him.
Also, LA Knight has regularly tangled with Jey Uso on TV, so it absolutely makes sense that the brash Knight character would grab a sign praising himself and knocking a rival.

As for that 27 October Raw, LA Knight lost to Bron Breakker. In terms of what's next for the one-time Eli Drake, it seems like there's a good chance he'll be lining up alongside CM Punk to battle the Vision and Co. at Survivor Series: WarGames later this month.
Since formally joining the Raw brand earlier this year, LA has been a heavily featured player on Monday nights, regularly being involved in the show's main events, and being in and around the World Heavyweight Championship picture.
