Lucha Underground's 34 Wrestlers - Ranked From Worst To Best

29. Del Avar Daivari

Pros: - Great mainstream exposure from WWE and TNA - Had a fantastic debut - Great traditional heel work Cons: - Never particularly impressive in the ring - Poor win/loss record - Not managing anyone The former Sheik Abdul Bashir arrived in the Temple as a spectator, a Persian Tony Stark in a velvet blazer who was really into tríos matches. One spilled drink later, though, Daivari was off to the races, if by "races", we mean "getting beaten up by Texano and then losing a bunch of matches." Daivari was always better as a manager than as a wrestler, and now he's a gin-soaked real estate mogul who spends most of his time distractedly checking his phone. He should be putting together a squad of comical jobbers, not paying off Big Ryck to stand at ringside until he gets pinned. Oh man, what if Lucha Underground is a long con to bring back Muhammad Hassan? Maybe Mil Muertes will show up at Local Medical Facility with his earthquake rock and bring Hassan out of that coma. Still waiting on that update, JR. Final Rating: **
