More Tough Enough Contestants Land WWE Developmental Deals

Seven of this year's contestants have checked in at the Performance Centre.

WWE have signed yet more Tough Enough contestants to developmental deals. Seven members of the class of 2015 have now checked in at the Performance Centre in Orlando, including winners Josh Bredl and Sara Lee. Joining them are Patrick Clark - whose fifth-round exit caused a stir among fans and veterans alike, including Mick Foley - and fitness model Amanda Saccomanno, who were signed several weeks ago. According to PWInsider.com, yesterday saw two further signees dotted contracts: Mada Abdelhamid and Daria Berenato. Men's runner-up Zamariah 'ZZ' Loupe rounds out the seven, and was snapped up over a month ago. With all four winners and runners-up offered contracts, the most glaring omission must be Tanner Saraceno; he made it all the way to the penultimate show, and showcased a unique appeal due to his MMA experience, but finds himself still without a contract offer. Nevertheless, should two recruits make anywhere near a good impression, this season will prove more successful than the previous - with Total Diva (and former Funkadactyl) Cameron the only 2011 contestant to appear on the main roster, despite being eliminated first from the show. Recruiting multiple contestants from Tough Enough is hardly a new practice for WWE, despite the show being geared around the concept of only two winners - but seven is the highest number to be called up from a single season. Perhaps WWE are putting more stock in their contestants - or scouting them out more thoroughly beforehand.
