Since they were young lions, Sho Tanaka and Yohei Komatsu have been a tag team. Starting out as black-clad young boys, they were sent on their way to CMLL and ROH, having various gimmicks, but always remained a tandem (except for in the Pro Wrestling World Cup, where Tanaka and Komatsu participated against Kushida and Hiromu Takahashi respectively). After honing their skills all around the world, it was time to return to the place that trained them.

With Rocky Romero as their manager, the duo were rebranded as Roppongi 3K. They dyed their hair, got shiny new outfits, and were immediately pushed as the junior division's next top team. At King of Pro Wrestling 2017, in their return match in the promotion, SHO and YOH defeated Funky Future to win the Jr. Tag Titles for the first time. From there, they would win 2017 Super Jr. Tag League, effectively making them a class of their own in the division.

Both men have bright futures as superstars in Japan, with YOH being a good looking high-flyer, while SHO is an amateur wrestling beast with a great body. Their tenure in CHAOS hasn't been long, but they should be set to add even more accolades to the group.
