For those wondering, there is said to be no heat on WWE's Kairi Sane where it pertains to the recent injuries suffered by Zoey Stark and Liv Morgan.

In the case of Zoey, she suffered a torn ACL, MCL, and meniscus on the 19 May episode of Raw against Kairi and Rhea Ripley in a Money in the Bank qualifier match. Stark landed awkwardly on her right leg when going for a missile dropkick on Sane, with Zoey screaming in agony and immediately removed from the match.

Where Liv Morgan is concerned, the Judgment Day member dislocated her shoulder mere seconds into a singles match against Kairi Sane on the 16 June Raw. After being checked on by WWE medical staff, Morgan was taken to the back and the match thrown out, with Kairi announced as the winner.

When Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select was asked whether there is any heat on Kairi Sane for these injuries, he noted how there is "zero heat whatsoever" on the former NXT Champion.

Injuries are an unfortunate part of the business, and the Zoey Stark one was viewed as an accident, and the Liv Morgan one was even more of a "freak accident" on such an extremely basic move. SRS also notes how Kairi was "very concerned" backstage.

Stark recently addressed rumours of her in-ring retirement that started after an AI video of her appeared on social media, with that capturing Zoey's voice and likeness and announcing she's had to bring an end to her career. Now on the road to recovery, the 31-year-old underwent a two-and-a-half-hour surgery on her right knee.

Zoey Stark isn't the only one to have recently gone under the knife, for we learned over the weekend that Liv Morgan has now had shoulder surgery, as revealed by Champion Sports Medicine physical therapist Kevin Wilk. Wilk posted to Instagram that he's helping the New Jersey native with her rehabilitation after Liv underwent surgery with the famed Andrews Sports Medicine in Birmingham, Alabama.

All the best to Zoey Stark and Liv Morgan on their respective roads to recovery.
