In addition to coming up short in his quest to dethrone NXT North American Champion Wes Lee at last night's Vengeance Day special, Dijak suffered an extremely gnarly-looking injury.

Following his match against Lee, the real-life Dominik Dijakovic was shown in-ring with what appeared to be a broken finger. The talent himself subsequently took to Twitter to share an image of this injury.

Remarkably, Dijak has not broken his finger.

Speaking during the post-Vengeance Day media call, as per Wrestling Inc., Shawn Michaels explained that the powerhouse has somehow avoided a break.

As the Heartbreak Kid put it, "[It's] gotta be a miracle, it's not broken. We took him, got an X-ray, they said it's not broken. Obviously what you do is you kind of numb it, you put it back in place."

For those yet to watch Vengeance Day, the show opened with Wes Lee defeating Dijak in a fantastic match. There, Lee picked up the win following mild interference from Tony D'Angelo and Channing 'Stacks' Lorenzo.

What's next for both Dijak and Wes Lee remains to be seen, though it appears that the former RETRIBUTION man's issues with Tony D and Stacks are far from over.
