2. NXT Tag Titles: American Alpha (c) Vs. The Revival
Result: The Revival scores the titles after nailing the Shatter Machine on Jordan (16:00).
Rating: It goes without saying that the chemistry between these teams is off the charts, and it sure didn't hurt that the Full Sail crowd were as enthusiastic as you'd expect.
Highlights include a killer sequence leading into AA's dual Ankle Locks, a classic hot tag to a totally fiered-up Jordan and an insane number of tense near-falls. It would've been completely acceptable for either team to win, and crucially nobody ended up looking weak from the result. Also, props to the booking team for letting it run so long, even if it ultimately wasn't quite as impressive as their Dallas bout.
As for whether this signals Alpha joining the WWE roster? Feel free to speculate, though their post-match beatdown by new tag team The Authors of Pain (bizarrely accompanied by legendary manager Paul Ellering) suggests they might have a small feud to get through first. 7/10
