Predicting 2016's WWE PPV Main Events

SummerSlam - Roman Reigns Defeats Brock Lesnar

After Roman Reigns wins a Raw battle royal for a title shot at SummerSlam, he'll start to experience some of the same problems he had before WrestleMania XXXI - fans will turn on him, upset with the idea of a hand-picked superhero babyface in the main event. Reigns will acknowledge their doubts, but vow that he won't let this opportunity slip through his fingers again - at SummerSlam, he'll become WWE Champion. The match will be similar to the WrestleMania bout - Lesnar will overwhelm Reigns with suplexes, but he won't be able to put the challenger away. Reigns will retaliate with hard-hitting offense where he can get it, but the WWE Champion will still control the pace. Finally, Seth Rollins's music will hit, and Mr. Money in the Bank will run down to the ring with his briefcase. This time, though, Reigns will keep his composure. With Lesnar distracted by Rollins, Reigns will crouch in the corner. The champion will turn into a massive Spear, and as a stunned Rollins watches on, Reigns will become WWE Champion. The fans will not be happy.
