Predicting 5 WWE Talents Whose Stock Will Go Up After WrestleMania 38 (And 5 Whose Will Go Down)
3. UP - Pat McAfee
Good lord, Pat McAfee has been a breath of fresh air in WWE.
As well as bringing out the best in WWE's talent roster on his podcast (please check out his wildly entertaining chat with Brock Lesnar if you haven't already) and crushing it on commentary every week, McAfee has excelled in his feud with Austin Theory.
While WWE have gone all in on making Theory look strong in the run-up to WrestleMania (including jobbing out the Intercontinental Champion to him), Pat is the one who has made the feud work. His "apology" to Theory on SmackDown got the crowd good and riled up, and was a nice reminder of his time on NXT when he ran his own faction.
It was back in the days of the black and gold brand when Pat first showed his value to the company, and by the time WrestleMania 38 is in the history books we fully expect the multi-talented Mr. McAfee to have put another feather in his cap and seen his star rise even higher.
