Predicting EVERYTHING That Will Happen On This Crazy Week Of Wrestling

12. ... But The Fiend Stands Tall

A predictable but effective show-closing angle will see Bray Wyatt's Fiend standing tall over Seth Rollins after taking the Universal Champion out in his most decisive lights-out ambush yet, subverting the usual go-home show trope.

WWE often have whoever is going to lose a big pay-per-view bout look ascendant on the go-home. Giving them this boost theoretically makes up for the upcoming loss while dolloping an extra ladle of shine on the victor for overcoming a "strong" opponent, but it'll be the other way around on Raw. Rollins will take a shellacking. He has to.

It's far too early to have The Fiend "losing" interactions with anyone, even the Universal Champion. He must be preserved at all costs. Having Rollins run him off in a post-Raw dark segment is fine, because it isn't canon, but doing so on television would be the beginning of a death sentence for a well-built, well-protected character that has captivated the audience, and should be made to look like a dominant, unstoppable force for months to come.

Raw should therefore end with Wyatt standing over Rollins' battered, broken body, but should Hell In A Cell? More on that later.
