All three of the men that have preceded Adrian Neville as NXT champion have gone on to reasonable success on the main roster - Seth Rollins flourished as part of The Shield and is currently part of the company's top feud, Big E had a lengthy if uninspiring run as Intercontinental Champion and is now part of an intriguing new stable with Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods, whilst Bo Dallas 'false face' act has been as amusing on the main roster as it was when it debuted on NXT. 'The man that gravity forgot' from Newcastle, England is a phenomenal in-ring performer, demonstrated in matches both in NXT (as Adrian Neville) and on the independent circuit (as PAC). Whilst he has a vast array of crowd-pleasing moves, however, the Englishman could quickly become 'just another high flier' if fast-tracked to the main roster without some form of 'character'. The addition of a manager to his act could aid things somewhat, as though Neville's promotional skills have been improving, he is hampered by the fact that the Geordie accent is difficult even for Brits to understand at times, let alone Americans. Whatever the creative team can come up with, Neville is well-deserving of a spot on the main roster given the time he has spent honing his craft in developmental, whilst his in-ring repertoire is deserving of a wider audience than just the NXT faithful. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R6qvRiUB42A
