Hey, every prediction list needs a slightly more left-field suggestion, right?

Filling that role here is Sheamus vs. Goldberg at WrestleMania 37.

If you think about it, it actually makes sense. Goldberg is believed to be contracted for at least two matches a year for WWE, and so far his one appearance of the year came in a losing effort to Drew McIntyre at the Royal Rumble PPV.

For the last month or so, Sheamus has been feuding with McIntyre. Considering that the Celtic Warrior has a minimal chance of being added to WWE Championship match of Bobby Lashley vs. Drew McIntyre at the Showcase of the Immortals, that leaves Sheamus with nothing to do.

Putting the Irishman in any midcard or multi-man bout would be a massive step down for him at this point, so who better to throw in his path than the man McIntyre bested in January, Bill Goldberg.

The matter between Sheamus and Drew still has legs to it, and what better way to keep this going than by having the red-headed powerhouse look to take down Da Man in order to equal (or better) what McIntyre had done previously.
