Predicting The Next 10 AEW Stars To Jump Ship To WWE
8. Miro
Hear ye, hear ye, come one, come all, let us celebrate in the most glorious of ways, for today is RUSEV DAY! Boy, wouldn’t that pop the ceiling off of any given Raw or SmackDown taping?
The man now known as Miro in AEW was once known as one of the many missed opportunities that WWE managed to stuff up. But is he soon about to become known as one of the very few missed opportunities that AEW stuffed up? When first bursting onto the scenes of the All Elite landscape Miro was in a bad spot, paired with Kip Sabian as a goofy heel gamer character was not the way fans wanted to see their ‘Bulgarian Brute’ presented.
Fortunately, this was corrected and he is now ‘The Redeemer’ and has enjoyed a lengthy TNT Championship reign, being probably the last wrestler to actually bring prestige to the floundering mid-card belt. But since losing the title, he has been directionless and pretty much stuck in catering, causing people to wonder if he would be better off in WWE, with Miro himself even liking a tweet that suggested such a thing. If this sort of treatment keeps up it would probably shock nobody for Miro to want out of his contract and run back to the company that at least kept him busy, no matter how silly the storyline was.
