This moment served as the flashpoint of the feud, as tensions had merely been simmering prior to this parking lot incident on an episode of Raw. This is probably the sloppiest RKO on the list - it's quite clunking and awkward, a drawback more down to Hogan's infamous aversion to bumping than any fault of Orton's. It sneaks onto the list, however, for it's innovative nature. There's never been another RKO quite like it, as Randy flies out of nowhere to drive Hogan's head into the back of his own car.
