Ranking All 20 WWE July PPVs - From Worst to Best

12. Fully Loaded 1998

When the Attitude Era was in full swing, Fully Loaded 1998 was placed right there at the apex. Even though the main event was for the tag team championship, it featured the four biggest wrestlers in the company: Steve Austin, The Undertaker, Kane and Mankind. The next two biggest, who a year from then would be at the top of the card, Triple H and The Rock, wrestled in a 2 out of 3 falls match for the Intercontinental Championship. The card was unfortunately very top-heavy, as the undercard featured a mishmash of lower-tier wrestlers. Sure, there was D€™Lo Brown facing X-Pac, continuing the DX/Nation feud, and Owen Hart and Ken Shamrock faced off in Stu Hart€™s dungeon. But a really big act at the time, The New Age Outlaws, wasn€™t featured at all on the card. Speaking of top-heavy, a real highlight on the show was the bikini contest between Sable and Jacqueline. It was memorable for some reason, but I can€™t put my finger (or hand) on it.
