WrestleMania title shot: N/A Hacksaw Jim Duggan never won any titles during his tenure in WWF/E, yet he remains one of the companys most popular stars. Probably his biggest claim to fame (other than carrying a 2x4 to the ring) is winning the inaugural Royal Rumble match in 1988. The Rumble back then was a brand-new concept, consisting of 20 men. Scott is a former journalist and longtime wrestling fan who was smart enough to abandon WCW during the Monday Night Wars the same time as the Radicalz. He fortunately became a fan in time for WrestleMania III and came back as a fan after a long high school hiatus before WM XIV.
