Ranking All 30 Of The Undertaker's WWE Years From Worst To Best
1. 2007
The years that 'Taker had spent working on his 'Deadman' reborn persona finally came to fruition in 2007 as he enjoyed one of the most consistent in-ring years of his entire career. An unexpected renaissance of sorts, 'The Deadman' rose to the top of the food chain like it was 1997 all over again - the only difference was that this time, his matches were of an even higher standard.
His Royal Rumble performance was legendary and it was that victory that ultimately booked him a main-event slot at WrestleMania. However, that World Title clash against fellow big man Batista had absolutely no business being as amazing as it was. Somehow, the pair stole the show to such an extent that you might have called it lightning in a bottle... y'know, if they hadn't successfully recreated that magic in four outstanding rematches throughout the year.
Not even a three-month absence, and an obligatory monster-slaying of Mark Henry, could stall 'The Phenom's momentum in 2007. From winning the World Heavyweight Championship and remaining in the main event scene to the fact that he was in the absolute best shape of his career (at 42 years old!), The Undertaker had been well and truly resurrected.
