13. WrestleMania 23

Watching this back in 2007, who could have predicted that one of the billionaires in the featured match would end up the leader of the free world?

But aside from the hair-versus-hair match pitting Bobby Lashley against Umaga, WrestleMania 23 delivered three really good matches, which is more than enough to make it a thumbs-up event. The main event of John Cena versus Shawn Michaels was one of the better last matches in Mania history, and the opening Money in the Bank ladder match was its usual fun mayhem.

The big surprise of WM 23 was Batista/Undertaker, shunted down the card behind the Battle of the Billionaires. Reportedly, both men were not happy about their placement and decided to go out and try to steal the show. They put on a hell of a good World Heavyweight Championship match, with Taker continuing his Streak.

As mentioned before, this is one of those Manias where you can watch the good, skip the middling and have a good experience watching it.
