3. WrestleMania 35

The Good: The best of its kind so far, WrestleMania 35 was still ungodly in length but delivered legitimate history twice and three babyface outcomes in its blockbuster Championship encounters. What Becky Lynch, Ronda Rousey and Charlotte Flair lacked in in-ring fluidity they made up for in star power, whilst Seth Rollins and Kofi Kingston's snagging of Brock Lesnar and Daniel Bryan's Championships were wildly different but no less absolutely thrilling. Kingston's moment transcended even that - a beautiful celebration, it moved many to tears and with good, organic reason.

The Bad: It was still long as f*ck, and thus not immune to drag. Roman Reigns took 10 minutes to defeat Drew McIntyre when five would have done, Shane McMahon and The Miz shouldn't have gone 15 just to get to their one big stunt, whilst AJ Styles and Randy Orton shouldn't have gone 16 to lead to even less.

The Ugly: Batista and Triple H's ponderous brawl didn't really support the story they'd crafted beforehand, nor the chances of keeping the crowd awake. Two or three token spots generated pops, but the rest was indulgent fluff for two men having the match for them more than thr 82,000+ in attendance. Though the match itself was fine, the choice to have The IIconics become Women's Tag Team Champions nearly did irreparable harm to the titles and the women's roster. Billie Kay and Peyton Royce were comedy wrestlers rather than the fighting titleholders originally pitched, whilst Banks herself took months away from WWE just to try and reconnect to it.
