Ranking Every AEW Wrestler's 2020 From Worst To Best

4. Hangman Page

AEW ranked 2020
AEW

The most compelling character arc in American wrestling this year belongs to Hangman Page, whose two reinventions will prove equally important in his long-term development.

As a beer-swilling, take-no-sh*t man of the people, Page was on fire, drawing some of AEW's most raucous crowd reactions. Then, he became the 'Anxious Millennial Cowboy,' which, in a way, is even more relatable. The self-doubt and anxiety he struggles with are an extension of the global mental health epidemic and having burned every personal relationship that ever meant anything to him, Page is now down, out, and despondent.

It helps, too, that he has been excellent between the ropes as well, whether working as a tag wrestler or solo.
