Ranking Every Champion In WWE Right Now

2. Bayley - NXT Woman's Title

Bayley stands strong as the representative of the NXT women's division, and she's doing a fine job of it. The woman made a tremendous impact on NXT history this year when she not only defeated Becky Lynch and Charlotte (two big names on the current WWE roster), but overcame all odds and took down The Boss, Sasha Banks to earn the NXT Women's Championship at NXT Takeover: Brooklyn. Bayley was waiting for such an opportunity to come along for a while, and with her Four Horsewomen sisters leaving to compete full-time on the main roster, it was time for Bayley to step up, and she didn't disappoint. Bayley has since continued to blaze trails, headlining NXT Takeover: Respect against Banks once again in a 30-Minute Ironwoman Match, a fantastic display of agility and sheer perseverance on both sides. In the last few months, Bayley has defended against the likes of Alexa Bliss and Eva Marie, and most recently against Nia Jax at NXT Takeover: London, a woman that is likely going to take the NXT women's division by storm in the near future. Bayley is incredibly popular amongst the NXT audience, both old and young, and will surely make a huge splash upon her main roster debut. Until then, however, she is the rightful face of NXT's female roster, and should remain as such until the rest of the girls can withstand to see her leave for the big leagues. There aren't many down there quite as prominent as the Four Horsewomen, but with a bit of work, and some help from the champion, it shouldn't take long to create some formidable talents before Bayley loses the title.
