Result: Kendrick makes Nese tap with the Bully Choke (13:42).
Rating: It was pretty clear from the outset that Kendrick couldn't keep up with Nese's speed, power and youth, so he resorted to entertaining heel tactics instead (namely trapping Nese's hand in the turnbuckle) and making the most of his experience edge. The mixture of styles made this great to watch, and it seemed like Nese had this in the bag for the most part, so his loss proved genuinely surprising.
Kendrick got to demonstrate his gutsiness by hanging in there for so long, and his veteran status allowed him to steal the win without it seeming unfair or like Nese was being dealt a disservice. 7/10
