At SummerSlam 2007, Rey Mysterio made his grand return to WWE against the man who put him out of the shelf to begin with. And though he emerged victorious, he continued to target Chavo in the weeks that followed, leading to a second "I Quit" match on the September 7 edition of SmackDown.

Both bouts were enjoyable in their own way and it's difficult to rank one above another, but this one gets an extra edge simply because it meant more. It came after a year of build and Mysterio was obviously in much better health this time around than he was for their first "I Quit" encounter.

Moreover, the finish with Mysterio tying Chavo up on the turnbuckle post only to go after the exposed knee was well done, as it was a play off their "I Quit" match from the year prior. As "I Quit" matches should, it also served as the blow-off to their long running rivalry, allowing Mysterio to shift his sights back to the World Heavyweight Championship.

While there wasn't anything extraordinary about the match, there wasn't anything technically wrong with it, either, which is what separates it from the all the aforementioned bouts.
