10. The Motor City Machine Guns

Impact Wrestling Ranked
Impact Wrestling

Reuniting in Impact Wrestling for the first time since 2012, The Motor City Machine Guns' return at Slammiversary saw them embark on one of the greatest tag runs in Impact history. Their return bout vs. The Rascalz was an exquisite collision, while their victory of the World Tag Team Championships over The North three nights later was perfect booking. Of course, it could only be such a first-class tandem who ended their record reign.

Matches, both title and non-title, against The Rascalz, The North, and Ace Austin and Madman Fulton further down the line reminded you how much of a supreme pairing Sabin and Shelley were back in the day. That they haven't missed a step tells you all you need to know about them. Their loss of the titles back to The North at Bound For Glory, where Shelley was taken out pre-match, didn't matter. The Guns had already had a perfect title run that they could lose the titles here without being damaged in any way.

Eight years away from Impact, and they come back like they left yesterday. That sums up Sabin and Shelley perfectly.
