So, the 2023 WWE Draft is officially over.

Night one switched some champs around, drafted up some well-deserving NXT stars to the main roster and had everyone scratching their heads with announcements like: 'SmackDown star Roman Reigns is staying on SmackDown' and, 'Raw's Matt Riddle has been drafted to...Raw'.

The closing night on Monday's episode of the former flagship was inarguably tough viewing for the most part. WWE wheeled out legends to announce picks, which was a neat touch for this year's Draft overall, but some of their booming reveals played before modest/polite pops - that's because many of the Draft choices didn't budge wrestlers from one show to another at all.

This is something the company must work on for future Drafts. The whole free agency thing they've got going on with a pool of workers is also concerning, because it kinda makes a mockery of the idea that everyone will be locked to settled rosters for a year or two.

Here's every pick from the closing night (not including post-show supplemental jumps) that WWE aired on TV ranked from worst to best!

24. Shotzi

Draft Position: #9 for SmackDown. #18 overall.

Brand Switch: N/A.

Nothing positive to say here, sadly.

Shotzi hasn't been doing much of anything over on SmackDown, so who honestly knows why WWE chiefs thought her staying put on the brand deserved to be one of the televised Draft picks. This wasn't as exciting as Grayson Waller coming from NXT to the main roster, for example, and he was buried in amongst all the supplementals.
