The Highlights: With such a stacked card, sometimes it's difficult to live up to the hype, but NXT managed to do just that with TakeOver: Dallas 48 hours ahead of WrestleMania 32. While WrestleMania ultimately left fans disappointed, TakeOver proved to be the best part about WrestleMania weekend in 2016.

To open the event, American Alpha beat The Revival in an awesome affair to win the NXT Tag Team Championship, Austin Aries arrived on the scene by beating Baron Corbin in impressive fashion, and Asuka continued her dominance over the women's division by knocking off Bayley for the NXT Women's Championship.

The sequel isn't always as great as the original, but Finn Bálor and Samoa Joe's bloody battle was an improvement over their encounter in London. Of course, TakeOver: Dallas should be considered the best installment of all-time for the instant classic between Shinsuke Nakamura vs. Sami Zayn alone.

The Low Points: Other than Aries vs. Corbin not being a barn-burner of a bout and Asuka and Bayley having a better match in Brooklyn, this was as flawless of a show as NXT might ever have.
