Ranking Every Undertaker Championship Win From Worst To Best

8. WCW Tag Team Champion With Kane – 2001

Going back to the days of the Invasion for this next one, here the Undertaker and Kane were spearheading the WWF charge against the invaders (read; jobbers) of the Alliance.

The WCW title belts were introduced as part of this angle. The point here being that securing the enemy promotion’s championship would deal a severe blow to their morale. Or, you presume that was the point, there weren’t too many explanations in this storyline as a whole.

Anyway, Taker and Kane teamed up on one episode of SmackDown to try and wrestle the WCW tag belts away from their champions, Chuck Palumbo and Sean O’Haire. They were successful.

This did, in fact, lead to something of an interesting feud, as on the opposing side, DDP and Kanyon had managed to secure the WWF Tag Team Championships. This culminated in a winner take all showdown at SummerSlam which the Brothers of Destruction won. It didn’t mean a whole lot in the long run, but it was a nice twist and a cool visual nonetheless.
