The venue shift from a 100,000-seat coliseum to the 10,000+ sports arena next door sadly didn't discourage WWE from loading this card up as they were won't to do back then, but a thinning (in personnel, not muscle mass) roster wasn't able to flesh out the dead spots as had been the case in previous years.

Speaking of which, WrestleMania VII remains one of the more depressing shows to re-watch if you're looking to avoid reminders of the industry's devastating mortality rate. 14 prominent performers on the card have sadly passed - more than any other 'Mania since and lower than only one other 'Show Of Shows' body count.

The American Flag's stars and stripes may have been 'forever' at the 1991 event, but much of the roster tragically weren't.
