18. WrestleMania 33

WrestleMania 33 was so f*cking long that it was almost impossible not to enjoy something on the show, but it's taken less than a year to relegate it to mediocre status.

The Hardy Boyz' return still triggers goosebumps, but little else left a mark. Triple H put in another divisive display against Seth Rollins, whilst matches featuring the talented women's and tag rosters were hampered by the company's efforts to cram all of them in there.

The headline outings were a mixed bag, too. John Cena squashing The Miz was grim, but not as bad as Randy Orton's WWE Title destruction of Bray Wyatt or Roman Reigns' masochistically entertaining mercy-killing of a decrepit 'Deadman'.

All were trumped by five minutes of magic from Brock Lesnar and Goldberg though, saving a show they'd spoiled 13 years earlier. Redeemed completely, the pair f*cked each other up then f*cked off. It was utterly sublime.
