Ranking Every Wrestling Wedding EVER!

12. Laurel Van Ness And Braxton Sutter

Allie and Braxton Sutter were in love, but Sutter was forced to date Laurel Van Ness, otherwise Allie would be FIRED! He was willing to spend the rest of his life with someone he didn’t like so the woman he actually cared for wouldn’t lose her job? That’s not sweet. That’s idiotic. Date outside of the work place!

Anyway, as you could have expected, Sutter couldn’t go through with it and professed his love for Allie. Chaos broke out as everyone in the wedding party started fighting. Robbie E ran out for some reason and beat up Michael Bennett. Laurel drank a bunch of wine in an amusing shot, and Allie and Sutter finally locked in that big kiss.

While it was nice to see a wedding with a happy ending, this was pretty damn cheesy. However, the crowd absolutely ate it up! The Impact Zone hadn’t been that lively in many months, and played along throughout. It would have been nice if some of Van Ness’ rich family members showed up to make it more realistic, but it still turned out a bit more fun than you probably would have guessed.

This segment quickly shot to the top of TNA’s weddings, which...well, doesn’t say very much actually.

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
