A creatively pleasing Chamber match that built to a gripping conclusion and provided a twist that helped build one of the stronger WrestleMania matches that year, Raw's contribution to the 2011 event set John Cena up as the rightful number one contender to The Miz' WWE Title at the 'Show of Shows'.

The match itself was stolen by CM Punk though, who was absolutely phenomenal in his role as the antagonistic leader of the 'New Nexus'. Even before the match begun, Punk was sensational in winding up his foes, pulling a range of aggressive and hostile faces at all of his opponents from the safety of his pod.

The bulk of his malice was focussed on Randy Orton, who was locked in a feud with Punk and his lackeys that would culminate a month later at WrestleMania. The story took a turn in the match itself, when Orton flattened Punk with an RKO seconds after the 'Voice of the Voiceless' entered the fray at a disadvantage due to his malfunctioning pod door.

However, this was quickly overturned by the Anonymous General Manager, who allowed Punk back into the match where he'd eliminate a vulnerable Orton before falling to eventual winner Cena.
