Ranking Every WWE Elimination Chamber Match In History
7. Randy Orton Vs. Daniel Bryan Vs. John Cena Vs. Cesaro Vs. Christian Vs. Sheamus (Elimination Chamber 2014)
Another year in which we had just the one Elimination Chamber match, and another year in which that match delivered, was the PPV from 2014.
There were several memorable moments peppered throughout the match, including Sheamus’ Brogue Kick that smashed through Randy Orton’s pod and Christian’s frog splash from the top of another that led to Sheamus’ elimination. Add in some stellar work from Daniel Bryan and Cesaro and you’ve got all the ingredients for a great match.
Even the eventual interferences—and there were two of them—were done for all the right reasons.
Bray Wyatt showed up to screw John Cena, paving the way for a WrestleMania showdown, before Kane arrived to cost Bryan victory. That may have been an outcome that everybody hated at the time, but it was one that played perfectly into Bryan's eventual coronation at WrestleMania XXX.
For the quality of the action and the stories that were furthered right in the midst of ‘Mania season, this proved to be the perfect use of an Elimination Chamber match.
